An ICSID tribunal has been constituted to hear the claims in Enel S.p.A. v. Republic of Türkiye.
The constitution of the tribunal was completed on October 17, 2022 with the Parties’ appointment of August Reinisch as Chair. The Claimant had earlier nominated William Rowley, KC while the Republic of Türkiye had appointed Brigitte Stern.
