Republic of Türkiye prevails in ICSID arbitration

Sovereign Arbitration Advisors is pleased to have won a complete victory for our client, the Republic of Türkiye, in an investment arbitration claim brought at ICSID by the Italian power conglomerate Enel (ICSID Case no. ARB/21/61). 

Csaba Rusznak and Luis Parada of Sovereign Arbitration Advisors represented the Republic of Türkiye in partnership with Mahnaz Malik of Twenty Essex in London, and the Lexist law firm in Istanbul.
